Alice McBroom Obituary
Mrs. Alice J. McBroom, age 62, of Deford, passed away,
Tue., June 16, 2015 at Tendercare Cass City, after a
long illness.
Alice was born Dec 7, 1952 in Detroit, the daughter
of the late George and Pauline (Tarter) Granger. She
married James McBroom in Toledo, OH on Sept. 18, 1991.
She worked in the technology field as a recruiter, and
enjoyed bingo, riding motorcycles and most of all time
with her grandchildren.
Alice is survived by her husband, Jim, children, Paula
Dudley of Detroit, Allison (Marcos) Moreno of Lincoln
Park and Charles (Deanna) Skiles of Detroit, step-children,
Donna (the late Rick) Heath of Canton, Gerri (Kenny) Murdoch
of Wyandotte, Lori McBroom of Brownstown Twp., and James
(Stephanie) McBroom of Dearborn, a sister, Sue Hall of
Lincoln Park, 11 grandchildren and 2 great grand daughters,
and special friends, Kim Schaudt, Linda Taylor and Debbie
Edwards.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be
held Sat. July 11, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Anchor Cove Outreach Church, 201 E. Sanilac Rd, Caro with Pastor Dave Wilczynski officiating. Visiting with the family will begin at 10:00 AM.
