Anthony Aleksink Obituary

Mr. Anthony Aleksink, age 98, of Cass City, passed away,
Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at willow Tree Haven Rest Home, Gagetown.

He was born January 17, 1917 in Detroit, the son of the late
Roman and Millie (Nazaruk) Aleksink. On April 15, 1939 he
married Olga M. Smakowski in Caro. She passed away December
17, 2004. Anthony was employed as a mill rite by the Packard
Motor Car Co. of Detroit, and later as a full time farmer in
the Cass City area.

He is survived by his son, Anthony (Shirley) Aleksink, Jr. of
Caro and daughter, Irene Hudson (and friend Richard Guinther)
of Cass City. Grandchildren, Perry (Jennifer) Aleksink, Chad Aleksink and Eric Aleksink , all of Caro and Brent (Constance) Hudson of Cass City and many great grandchildren. In addition
to his wife, Olga, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers,
Daniel Aleksink and Peter Aleksink.

Visiting is Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 4 until 9 PM and Friday, October 16, 2015 from 10 until an 11 AM service at
Thabet Funeral Home, 6255 Main St., Cass City. Scott Mills officiating. Burial is in Elkland Township Cemetery, Cass City.
