Betty Ball Obituary

Mrs. Betty L. Ball, age 96, of Gladwin, formerly of Cass City passed away Fri., Nov. 23, 2018
at her home.

She was born Sept. 8, 1922 to the late Harry and Margaret (McQueen) Rockwell in Evergreen
Township. Betty married Millard Ball June 1, 1946 in Evergreen Township. He passed away
Jan. 18, 2007. She worked as a typesetter at the Cass City Chronicle, retiring after nearly
30 years. She loved time with her family, especially her grandchildren and enjoyed crocheting,
playing cards, crossword and jigsaw puzzles.

Betty is survived by her daughters, Diane (the late James) Kern and Marsha (Duane) Moore,
both of Bay City, grandchildren, Bonnie, Russ, Tracy and Terri and great grandchildren, Riley,
Grant, Westin and Jett. She was predeceased by her 12 brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be Mon., Nov. 26, 2018 from 2 until 8 PM and on Tues., Nov. 27, 2018 from
12 noon until 1 PM, time of service at Thabet Funeral Home, 6255 Main St., Cass City.
Brad Speirs will officiate. Burial at Novesta Township Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association.
