Mr. Burton Rosenberger, age 85, of Cass City, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013 at Tendercare Cass City.
Burton was born December 19, 1927 in Elkton, the son of the late Vernon and Gladys (Keller) Rosenberger. On September 14, 1985 he married Marilyn Fritch in Imlay City. He served in the U S Army during the Korean War, he worked as an automotive parts distributor for Keller Products. He also was an youth hockey manager in Livonia, for the Livonia Hockey Association, he enjoyed cars, the Tigers and the Red Wings.
Burton is survived by his wife, Marilyn, sons, Leland (Sandy) Rosenberger of LA, Dale (Cecile Pace Windels) Rosenberger of CT and Garth (Marcela) Rosenberger of CA, step-children, Brenda Fritch of Imlay City, Cheri (David) Koning of Yale and Gary Fritch, a brother, Maurice (Betty) Rosenberger of Cass City, grandchildren, Emelia, Steven, Greta, Lise, Jason and Carmen, great grandchildren, Alexandra, William Joseph, Ruby Lee and Mei Li.
Cremation has taken place.
Memorial visitation will be Sunday, July 14, 2013 from 1 until an 2 PM memorial service at Novesta Church of Christ, 2896 Cemetery Rd., Cass City. Pastor Brad Speirs officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Novesta Church of Christ.
Honor service by members of the United State Army.
