Mr. Clifford James Jordan, age 81, of Fostoria passed away on Wed., Dec. 21, 2022 at Tuscola County Medical Care Facility, Caro.
Cliff was born July 26, 1941 in Flint. Son of the late Marion and Alvie (Brewer) Jordan. He served in the U. S. Air Force. On Aug. 26, 1967 he married Linda Sweet in Flint. He graduated from Bethel College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Ministry and pastored at four different churches around Michigan throughout his career. Cliff enjoyed reading and playing chess and loved time with his family. If someone needed him, he would drop everything to be there. His life was one of giving to others.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Linda, his children, Ann (Kurt) Tuckey of Cass City and Timothy Jordan of Romulus, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, son-in-law, David (Becca) Wilgus of Grand Blanc, a sister, Pauline Jordan of Clio and a brother, Jim (Lois) Jordan of East Jordan and many loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Deborah Wilgus and two sisters, Helen Gunther and Betty Dillon.
Visitation will be Mon., Dec. 26, 2022 from 3 until 7 PM at Cass City Missionary Church, 4449 Koepfgen Rd., Cass City and on Tue., Dec. 27, 2022 from 10 AM until an 11 AM service. Rev. James Jordan, Regional Director of the Missionary Church and Rev. Jim Jordan will officiate. Burial will take place on Wed., Dec. 28, 2022 at 1 PM in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, Mt. Morris.
Memorials may be given to the charity of the donor’s choice.
