Connie Maxson, age 83, of Gagetown, passed away peacefully at home on March 18, 2025.
She was welcomed into the world by the late Vincent and Dorothy (Finkbeiner) Walsh in Bay City on February 5, 1942. Connie owned Willowtree Haven AFC home for many years. Connie loved to take care of others. She also loved painting and decorating and enjoyed game days with ladies.
Connie is survived by her sons, Jeffrey (Suzan) Maxson of Cass City and Samuel (Bobbi) Maxson of Ventura, CA and daughter, Beth Ann McCarty of Gagetown. Grandchildren, Jeffrey Maxson, Crystal Krajenka, Allen Maxson, Adam Maxson, Nikki Coutinho, Justin Wright, Alexander Maxson, Melissa (Travis) Trowbridge. Great Grandchildren, Jacob, Ethan, Logan, James, Hailey, Keira, Katie, Sebastian and her siblings, Carole Winter of Rochester, William (Sue) Lamrande of Bay City, Bonnie Frank of Cass City and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will take place Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 2 PM at Thabet Funeral Home, 6255 Main St., Cass City. Dale Bullock will officiate. Family and friends may start gathering at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the family.
