Donna Barnes Obituary
Mrs. Donna Darlene Barnes, born October 2, 1955, in Cass City, left us, Friday, May 23, 2025, at the age of 69, surrounded by family at Covenant Healthcare-Harrison, Saginaw.
Donna held a vibrant love for crafting, camping, sailing and traveling throughout all of Michigan with her husband. Before retiring, Donna worked at MSU Extension office as a dietary consultant and managed an AFC group home. Donna’s family was the center of her world. Donna was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend.
She is survived by her loving husband, David Barnes, her children, Brian (Melissa) Barnes of Metamora, Brian (Roslynn) Keys of Deckerville and Kimberly (Michael) Zender of Frankenmuth, her grandchildren, Aden, Alexia, Andrew, Brandon, Brayden, Brittney, Colin, Emilie, Grace, Jacob, Joe, Samantha and Victoria. Also surviving is a sister, Shirley (Mike Thomas) Sanger of Gaylord.
Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later time.
