Mrs. Doris Marie Herman, age 75, of Cass City, MI, passed away, Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at Covenant Health Care, Saginaw, MI.
Doris was born November, 30, 1930 in Bad Axe, MI, the daughter of the late Vernon and Gladys (Keller) Rosenberger. On January, 13, 1951 she married Donald Herman in Elkton, MI, he passed away July 3, 1988. Doris was a homemaker, loving wife and mother, and a long time member of Cass City Missionary Church, where she was a deaconess and taught Sunday school.
Doris is survived by her sons, Richard (Janet)Herman of Ft. Wayne, IN, James (Corinne)Herman of Warren, MI and Robert (Lynn)Herman of Milan, MI, 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, brothers, Bert (Marilyn) Rosenberger of Cass City, MI and Maurice (Betty) Rosenberger of Gagetown, MI. Doris is predeceased by a brother, Virgil Rosenberger and a sister, Donna (Bob) Dunn.
Visiting is Friday, May 19, from 3 until 5 and 7 until 9 PM and on Saturday, May 20, from 10 until 11 AM, time of service, at Cass City Missionary Church, 4449 Koepfgen Rd., Cass City. Pastor Robert Sweeney officiating. Memorials may be made to the Cass City Missionary Church.
