Edward Daniel Adams

 Mr. Edward Daniel Adams, age 72, of Cass City, passed away, January 31, 2024 in his home.

He was born April 9, 1951, to the late Norbert and Thresea (Czapla) Adams in Cass City. Ed married Nancy Leonard October 27, 1973 in Bad Axe. She passed away November 28, 2015. He then married Michelle Macker on November 15, 2019 in Sandusky.  He worked as an inspector for Ford Motor Company in Sterling Heights and did auto mechanical work as a sideline. He enjoyed fishing, talking on the phone, dirt track racing and tractor pull and watching birds. He loved animals, dogs, cats, and other pets that always seemed to take to him.

Ed is survived by his wife, Michelle Macker-Adams, daughter, Debra (Robert) Edwards of Cass City, step-children, Brennan Macker of Cass City and Cortney Macker of Minden City, his grandson, Nathan Daniel Edwards and step-grandchildren, Dominic, Maverick, Aidyn and Falynn Macker and his step-mother, Tracy Smith-Adams.

Visitation will be at Thabet Funeral Home, 6255 Main St., Cass City, Friday, February 9, 2024 from 4 until 9 PM and on Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 10 until 11 AM, time of service. Dale Bullock will officiate. Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Wilmot.

Pallbearers for Ed are Dave Czapla, Kris Czapla, Patrick McDonald, Gilberto (Berto) Nazario, Brennan Macker and Crist Shrock.

Memorials, in honor of Ed, may be given to Cass River Pet Friendz.
