Gerald Howard Obituary
Mr. Gerald W. Howard, age 86, of Caro, formerly of Cass City,
passed away, Sun., April 2, 2017 at Medilodge of Cass City.
Jerry was born Dec. 8, 1930 in Deckerville, son of the late Mark
and Nina (Hunter) Howard. He was owner and founder of Howard's
Heating in Cass City for 45 years until his retirement. He also hobby
farmed with horses and small livestock and enjoyed listening to the
Tigers.
Jerry is survived by his children, Larry (Carla) Howard of Snover,
Gary (Linda) Howard of Sandusky, Don (Nancy) Howard, Connie
(Al) Lapeer and Guy (Beth) Howard, all of Cass City, Joe (Barbara)
Howard of Marlette, Diane (Jerry) Gibbard of Bad Axe, Shiloh (Jerry) Fitzgibbons of Munising and Melissa (Andrew) Fribley of Brighton, 21 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, sisters, Helene Darlington of Deckerville, Eva Perez of Richville, Nila Soule and Marylee Flannery,
both of Ubly and special friend, Delores Wisenbach of Caro. He was predeceased by a daughter, Sandy Kroetsch and a son, Jerry Howard, a grandson, Daniel Kroetsch and brothers, Bert Howard and Richard Howard.
Visitation is Wed., April 5, 2017 from 2 until 8 PM at Thabet Funeral Home, 6255 Main St., Cass City, and Thurs., April 6, 2017 at Novesta Church of Christ, 2896 Cemetery Rd., Cass City from 10 until an 11 AM service. Pastor Brad Speirs officiating.
Burial will be in Novesta Township Cemetery.
