James Carlson Obituary
Mr. James M. Carlson, age 54, of Cass City, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013, after a long battle with cancer, at his home.
James was born August, 5, 1959 in Almont, the son of Emil and Julia (Spencer) Carlson. He worked for Regency Industries in Ubly and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Julia Eckert of Cass City, brothers and sisters, Joseph Carlson of WI, Elizabeth Finley of Cass city, Laurie Spadafino of WI, Julia (Chris) Beaver of WI, John Carlson of Cass City, Douglas Eckert of Cass City and Angela (Paul Armour) Howe of IA, and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his father, a brother, Michael Carlson, and sisters, Mary Carlson and Linda Carlson.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Sat., Sept. 21, 2013 at 11 AM in the Mizpah Church Hall, 4631 Van Dyke Rd., Cass City. Donald Ault, Jr. officiating. Visiting will begin at 10 AM.
