Janet Marie Schattilly

Janet Marie Schattilly was received into the loving arms of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, on Monday, Aug. 8, 2005. Age 47 years.

She was born in Saginaw, MI, May 10, 1958. She married Charles D. Schattilly on April 15, 1976 in Saginaw. She is survived by her husband, Charles, her son Jason (Karen) Hales of TN, and a step-daughter, Heather Schattilly, grandchildren, Brandon, MacKenzie and Jayden, her parents, Elton and Mary (Warriner) Hales, siblings,Jeffrey (Linda) Hales of Northfield, MN, David (Cindy) Hales of Concord, MI, Michael Hales of Jackson, MI, Steven (Andrea) Hales of Alger, MI and Diane (Daniel) Powlus of Hudsonville, MI, 10 Nieces, 4 nephews, 3 great-nephews, 3 great-nieces, 2 uncles, 3 aunts and several cousins, her animals who loved her greatly and brought her great joy.

She was a special daughter, sister, mother, wife and friend. Her family loved her for her wisdom, sense of humor, many talents, gifts of caring and support she lavished on them. She made a difference in each of their lives. She will be greatly missed on earth, but welcomed in Heaven. Thank you God for giving us time to love her and be loved by her.

A Private Memorial Service will held. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or to Living Waters Chapel, Caro, MI.
