Lucille Copeland Obituary
Mrs. Lucille Copeland, age 92, of Cass City, MI passed away Monday, September 24, 2012 at the James E. Cartwright Center Hospice, Saginaw, MI.
She was born June 14, 1920 Sebewaing, MI, the daughter of the late Frederick and Martha (Baur) Schnepp. Lucille was married to Scotty McCullough, he passed away January 16, 1968. She then married Ken Copeland, he passed away in February 1999. She worked for 10 years at Pinney State Bank and was a member of Cass City United Methodist Church. She enjoyed knitting, reading and loved time with her family.
Lucille is survived by her children, Christine (Bill) Gucwa of Caro Kathryn McCullough of Cass City, grandchildren, Danielle and Scott Gucwa and great grandchildren, Dalton, Joslyn and Lexie, and special friend, Nancy Raymond. She was predeceased by a brother, Paul Schnepp, a sister, Marion Graves and a great grandchild, Lydia Rose. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place.
A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, September 29, 2012 beginning at 10 until an 11 AM memorial service at Cass City United Methodist Church, 5100 Cemetery Rd., Cass City. Pastor Jackie Roe officiating. Burial will be in Elkland Township Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Cass City United Methodist Church or the James E. Cartwright Center Hospice.
