Marie Rose Ulatowski

Marie Rose Ulatowski, age 75, of Cass City, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at St. Mary's of Michigan, Saginaw.

Marie was born Dec. 31, 1931 in Evergreen Township, the daughter of the late Aaron and Violet (Janek) Lefler. Marie retired after many years from General Cable where she was also Union President, was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Cass City, and enjoyed bowling, gardening, reading and sewing.

Marie is survived a son, Steven(Georgia) Hammett and a grandson, Steven Allan Hammett, both of Cass City, siblings, Everette (Marcia) Lefler of Appleton, WI, Irma (the late William) Steed of New Port Richey, FL, Aaron Lefler of Springhill, FL, James (Beth) Lefler of Cass City, Richard (Darlene) Lefler of Pontiac, Virginia Harden of Bloomfield Twp., and Anna Mae (the late Robin) Abby of Lapeer. She was predeceased by brothers, Clinton (Sally) Lefler and Robert (Doris) Lefler.

Visiting is Friday, April 20, 2007 from 1 - 8 PM at Thabet Funeral Home, Cass City and Saturday, April 21, 2007 from 10 until an 11 AM Service at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 6820 Main St., Cass City with Pastor Gerald Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Johnson Cemetery, Lamotte Twp. Memorials may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund.
