Mark Adkins Obituary

Mr. Mark William Adkins, age 56, of Cass City, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2020 at his home with his family by his side,

following a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born January 24, 1963, in Royal Oak, the son of the late James and Marcia (Mundt) Adkins. Mark graduated from

Cass City High School in 1981 and worked as a union carpenter for many years. He was an avid Red Wings and NASCAR fan.

Mark is survived by his sons, Mitchell Adkins of Garden City and Nicholas (Stephanie) Adkins of Cass City, a brother,

Michael (Arlene) Adkins of Cass City, his mother, Marcia (Wayne Drye) Adkins of Madison Heights, a grandson, Kolton,

and friends, Kris and Joseph Wheeler of Cass City and Cindy Irvine of Cass City. In addition to his father, he was predeceased

by his friend, Cindy’s husband, Steve Irvine.

Honoring Mark’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.

His family suggests expressions of sympathy in his memory may be given to Compassus Hospice of Cass City.
