Mrs. Mary Magaline Laws, age 75, of McMinnville, TN formerly of Deford, passed away Friday, October 14, 2011, at her home after a short illness.
She was born April 16, 1936 in Pineville, KY, the daughter of the late Sullivan and Mossie (Saylor) Pittman. She married Luther Miracle and then Lewis Laws, both of whom preceded her in death. Mary was a Certified Nurses Assistant and a member of the Caro Moose Club.
She is survived by her children, Lois (Clyde) Miracle of McMinnville, TN, Gerri (Jim) Meeuwsen of Lowell, MI and Mike Miracle and Bob Redmond of Deford, grandchildren, Chris Meeuwsen, Kim Harnish, April Miracle, Mike Miracle, Jr., Robert Redmond, Billy Redmond and Jacob Redmond, a sister, Perry Miracle of Cass City, brothers, Henry Pittman of Auburn Hills and L. B. Pittman of Clarkston. In addition to her and parents and husbands, she was predeceased by brothers and sisters, Margaret Gibbons, Marie Miracle, J. C. Pittman, Soloman Pittman and Florence Miracle.
Visiting will be Tuesday, October 18, from 2 until 9 PM and on Wednesday, October 19, from 1 until a 2 PM service at Thabet Funeral Home, 6255 Main St., Cass City.Pastor David Hill of First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Novesta Township Cemetery, Cass City.
