Mrs. Nancy L. Adams, age 70, of Cass City passed away,
Sat., Nov. 28, 2015 at St. Mary's of Michigan, Saginaw.
She was born June 30, 1945 in Detroit, to the late Ambrose and Marie Therese (Sorlin) Leonard. Nancy married Edward Adams, Oct. 27, 1973 in Bad Axe. She worked as a nurses aide at Provincial House, Cass City and at Delphi in Saginaw. She also enjoyed crafting, bingo, canning, gardening and rock collecting. Nancy also worked for Pacific International Exchange, where she enjoyed her exchange students, both placing them and having them in her home. Most of all, she enjoyed time with her family and friends who also were "family", but the twinkle in her eye was her grandson, Nathan. She had a zest for life and a great sense of humor.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Edward, her daughter, Debra (Robert) Edwards of Escanaba, her grandson, Nathan Daniel Edwards. She was predeceased by her sisters, Denise (the late Joseph) Papcun and Georgette Comeau.
Visitation will be Thurs., Dec. 3, 2015 from 2 until 4 PM and 6 until 8 PM, Fri. Dec. 4, 2015 from 12 noon until 4 PM and 6 until 8 PM with a Rosary at 7 PM at Thabet Funeral Home, 6255 Main St., Cass City. She will lay instate on Sat. Dec. 5, 2015 from 10 until an 11 AM Mass at Our Lady Consolata Parish, St. Michael Church, 1951 S. Kingston Rd., Wilmot. Rev. Fr. Christian Tabares as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery.
