Mr. Patrick Charles Dooley, Jr., age 66, of Mayville, passed away Fri., Aug. 11, 2023, at Saginaw Senior Care, Saginaw.
He was born Aug. 15, 1956, in Detroit, son of the late Patrick, Sr. and Renia (Bibb) Dooley. Patrick married Sherry Vailliencourt, March 31, 1979, in Pontiac. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He worked for Stanley Door, then Means Industry, and then owned Hartland Lawn Care. Patrick enjoyed fishing, farming, and had his own YouTube channel for Homesteading. Most of all he loved time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Patrick is survived by his loving wife of over 44 years, sons, Nicholas (Rickie) Dooley of Mayville, Justin (Shannon) Dooley of Cass city and Dustin (Tori) Dooley of Harbor Beach, grandchildren, Christopher, mason, Hannah, Faith, Zachary, Travis and Amelia and great granddaughter, Nichole. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service is being held Sat., Aug. 19, 2023 at 12 noon at the Thabet Funeral Home, 6255 Main St., Cass City. Pastor dale Bullock officiating. Family and friends may start gathering at 10 AM. Inurnment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly.
Memorials, in honor of Patrick, may be given to Sherry.
