Randy Parr Obituary
Randy Van Parr, age 70, of Deford, passed away on April 23, 2026, at Autumnwoods of Deckerville.
Born on July 21, 1955, to the late Ralph and Annie (Hallman) Parr. Randy served in the US Army as an infantryman. He enjoyed fishing off the family island in Lake St. Clair, hunting and his pet birds, of which he had many different kinds.
He is survived by his children, Samantha (Larry) Galloway of LA, Lief Parr of Flint and Rowland Parr of Deford, 5 grandchildren, brothers, Raymond Parr and Ricky Parr, the mother of his children, Charlesina Mester many loving cousins and nieces and nephews, and good friends, John and Kim Adams. He was predeceased by three brothers, Rodney Parr, Robert Parr and Ronald Parr.
Visitation will be held, Monday, April 27, 2026, at 10 AM. Funeral service at 11 AM at Thabet Funeral Home, 6255 Main St., Cass City. Burial with military honors will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 11 AM.
