Mrs. Sally Jo Eyer, age 59, of
Cass City, passedaway, Sunday,
May 4, 2014 at Tuscola County
Medical Care Facility, Caro.
Sally was born February 14, 1955
in Cass City, the daughter of Carl
and Vonda (Brown) Kolb. She married
Steven Eyer in Cass City on May 14,
1977. She was a Registered Nurse,
with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
from Ferris StateUniversity, having
worked at St. Mary’s of Michigan and
more recently at Saginaw Valley
Rehabilitation Center. She enjoyed bird
watching, horses and her cats, but mostly
taking care of people in her role as a
Registered Nurse.
Sally is survived by her loving husband,
Steve, 2 children, son, Travis (Stefanie)
Eyer of Fairgrove, and daughter, Jennifer
Eyer of Cass City, a grandson, Nolan Eyer,
her mother, Vonda Kolb of Cass City,
2 brothers, Tom (Jamie) Kolb of IN and
Larry Kolb of Cass City and a sister,
LouAnn Kolb of Cass City and
many loving nieces and nephews. She
was predeceased by her father, Carl Kolb.
HonoringSally’s wishes cremation has taken
place. No services are planned at this time.
Memorials may be made to the Multiple
Sclerosis Society or any animal shelter.
