Tonya Lawhorn Obituary
Tonya LeAnn Lawhorn, age 52, of Gagetown, passed away on Tues., Nov. 6, 2018 at
McLaren Bay Region, Bay City.
She was born in Dearborn on Aug. 4, 1966 to the late Ronald and Dawn (Forman) Haag.
She graduated from Cass City High School in 1984. She worked in many retail and factory
positions, but mostly in Healthcare as a Certified Nurse’s Aide. Tonya married Ross Ford in
1990 in Sandusky, she then married Doral Lawhorn on Nov. 19, 2005.
She is survived by her three children, Justin Michael Haag (Cheyenne Harris), Alicia Dawn
Ford (special friend Ja Gotta), and MacKennzie LeAnn Lawhorn (Special friend Hunter Hatmaker).
She is also survived by the father of her granddaughters, Daniel Bucholtz, grandchildren, Haylee
Jade Bucholtz, Nina Marie Bucholtz and Grayson Kole Haag, special friend, Betty (Betsy) Natale,
her sister, Carla (Carl) Cifka, brothers, Ronald Haag and Brian Haag and many aunts, uncles and
cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, Doral, sister in law, Kelly Haag, grandparents,
Arthur and Ida Haag, Clarence (Ted) Forman and Clarence (Scotty) and Zella Scott.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial gathering will be held Sun., Nov. 18, 2018 at 2 PM in the
Good Shepherd Luthern Church Fellowship Hall, 6820 Main St., Cass City. Burial at Elkland Township
Cemetery will take place at a later date.
Memorials in memory of Tonya, may be directed to her family.
