Mrs. Valeria A. Clark, age 68, of Decker, passed away Mon., May 3, 2010 at Tendercare of Cass City.
She was born Oct. 24, 1941 in Erie, PA, the daughter of the late Raynard and Josephine (Waskiewicz) D'Amour. Valeria married Robert Clark, April 8, 1959. He passed away Sept. 29, 1980. She worked as a Licensed practical Nurse at Autumn Woods nursing Home in Deckerville, retiring in the early 90's. She also enjoyed gardening, singing, crocheting and working with artistic glass and enjoyed time with family and friends.
Valeria is survived by her brother, Charles (Margie) D'Amour of Madison, WI and sister, Eloise E. (Robert Dunn) D'Amour of Decker, her children, Charles (Diana) Clark of Yorktown, VA, Robert (Victoria) Clark of Wake Forest, NC, Constance Clark of Oceanside, CA, Philip Clark of Zebulon, NC and Josephine Clark of Oceanside, CA, grandchildren, Leigha Clark, Ashley Carter, Amelia Clark, Stephan Clark, Jon Eric Clark, Justin Clark, Trevor Clark and Brandon Clark, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by a brother, C. James Brianne.
Visiting is Thurs., May 6 from 1 until 9 PM with a Rosary at 7 PM at Thabet Funeral Home, 6255 Main St., Cass City and at St. Pancratius Catholic Church, 4292 Seeger, Cass City from 10:15 Am until an 11:15 AM Mass, with Rev. Fr. Don Eppenbrock as celebrant. Burial will be in Novesta Township Cemetery.
