Veronica Fritz Obituary
Mrs. Veronica A. "Penny" Fritz, age 69, of Caro, passed away Tues., July 31, 2012, at McLaren Bay Region, Bay City after a long illness.
She was born Feb. 27, 1943 in Mt. Clemens, the daughter of the late Rev. Herman and Betty (Bluemel) Israel. She married Roy A. Fritz, Oct. 29, 1964, in Saginaw. Penny belonged to Grace Lutheran Church, Fairgrove and enjoyed the Tigers and shopping and being with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Penny is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Roy Fritz, children, Tessie Ulin of Sturgis, Herman Fritz of Coldwater, Veronica Kuhl of IN, Rex (Chris) Fritz and Lena (Charles) Mossner, both of Caro, and Bill (Katrina) Fritz of Niles, 35 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, siblings, Mark (Rose) Israel and Enola Gay (Joe) Danks, both of Saginaw and Debra Wellman and Frankie Israel, both of Bay City. She was predeceased by a son, Roy Fritz and brothers, Rev. Doyle (Loretta) Israel, Hurley (Joann) Israel and David Israel.
Visitation is Thurs., Aug. 2, from 11:00 AM until an 1:00 PM service at Thabet Funeral Home, Cass City. Pastor Leonard Astrowski officiating. Burial will be in East Dayton Cemetery, Wells Township. .....later.
