Virginia Lora O'Brien

Mrs. Virginia Lora O'Brien, age 76, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2005 at Northwest Medical Center, Tucson, AZ.

Virginia was born Nov. 29, 1928 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of the late Adam and Rachel (DiLaura) Bell. She worked as a secretary in the Aeronautical field.

Virginia is survived by her husband, W. K. "Fred" O'Brien, children, Mary Ann (Robert) Malcolm, James (Rita) O'Brien, Susan (Kurt) Matthes and Janet (Duane) Lindensmith. Grandchildren, James, Elizabeth, Laura, Andrea, Pamela, Jennifer, Erik and Kara; great grandchildren, Rachael, Jonathan, Paige and Emma. She was a 1946 graduate of East Detroit High School. Visiting is 2 - 8 PM Wed., May 25 at Bagnasco and Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 15 Mile Rd. (at Schoenherr), Sterling Heights. Instate Thurs., May 26 from 9 until a 9:30 AM Mass at St. Martin DePorres Catholic Church, 31555 Hoover, Warren.
